In 1979-80 I was a DJ in Nevada and used to play several cuts from this album. Does so-called rock radio play it now? ......Okay, I'm done laughing. Thanks for bringing back one of the lost greats. Fans of Janis, Lydia Pence and Genya Ravan will love it.

December 3, 2007 11:50 PM
Ian said...
Excellent! I've been honored a couple of weeks ago, to support one of Kathi's gigs here in Germany. She's soooo amazing! I've got signed my vinyl copy of Insane Asylum, bought in the early Nineties in Berlin (former Western Berlin).
So, finally, there are a lot of remembrances on this album and it's so nice, that I can have it with me now in the car. THANKS SOOO MUCH!

December 5, 2007 8:22 PM
michael farris said...
THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

I love this album and played my vinyl copy (which is currently in storage on another continent) to death.

I thought I'd never hear it again.

Obviously, emi didn't care about talent or they'd have kept her on making an album every couple of years until the public caught up.Standin'AtTheCrossroads https://www.blogger.com/profile/07904414930619007099noreply@blogger.com
